this might become my green interior design blog or site or? GREENEST, to me, means, NOTHING NEW…..

i’m working on the first blog, “bloggin’ in susieland, smiled upon by chaos”…..

this is/will be my second….hope to have just three (third for successes/hurdles overcome or something like that)……

THREE BLOGS, ….maybe one site with links (or buttons or?) to the three blogs…..

“Adventures in Susieland” is the title of the series of books I plan to write. I’ve just begun writing the first in the series, “Smiled Upon by Chaos“.

I borrowed this phrase from an online dating profile several years ago because the minute I read it, I knew it so perfectly renamed for me what I’d always referred to as my disengaged-dysfunctional-family-childhood, and subsequent struggle-for-recovery-adulthood. Right then and there, I “rewrote my story” from a new, much-preferred perspective. This new perspective has allowed me to be happy and healthy and to be thankful for the gifts and lessons I received as well as the strength I’ve gained along the way.

“Smiled Upon by Chaos” explains the basics of how I “rewrote my story”; how I learned to “see the good”, “state the positive” and finally “love what is”.

In the past, I’ve referred to myself as; a recovering alcoholic, recovered perfectionist, recovering chicken, recovering/ed bulimic, anorexic, agoraphobic, phobic, depressive, anxiety ridden fearful child of two alcoholics…..yada yada yada….

God, it even hurts to type that!!!….I won’t be writing those words again….!

So….I have purposely chosen to live my life now…..in a state of grace and appreciation and hope to share my travels with you. In doing so, possibly some of you will be spared a few bumps and bruises.
